Plain English. What we collect, why, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Netoplay, Derech Haatzmaut 41, Haifa 33034, Israel. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
For anything to do with privacy, including access or deletion requests, write to office@netoplay.ltd. Job-application matters can also go to Jobs@netoplay.ltd.
2. What we collect and when
Contact form. On our contact page you give us your name, email address, the subject you choose (speculative application, question about an open role, business or partnership, press, or something else) and your message. A CV is optional on that form.
Job applications. When you apply for a role you give us your name, email address, any links you choose to share, your note to us, the role you applied for, and your CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 8 MB). Your CV is stored in a private file store and is not publicly accessible.
Technical data collected automatically. When you submit a form we also record a first-party visitor identifier, a non-invasive technical hash of your browser settings, your IP address and your browser's user agent, used only to recognise repeat enquiries from the same person in our lead system. The browser hash is built from ordinary settings such as language, screen size, time zone and platform — we do not use canvas, audio or font probing.
There is no account, login, newsletter sign-up or chat on this site, so we collect nothing through those.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, to evaluate your job application and manage our hiring process, to keep the site secure and block spam and abuse, and to meet legal or accounting obligations that apply to us.
We are established in Israel, so we handle personal data under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. You provide your details voluntarily — you are not legally obliged to give them, but we cannot answer an enquiry or consider an application without them.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to run this site:
- — Lovable (and its underlying Cloudflare infrastructure): website hosting and delivery.
- — Supabase: database for form submissions and private file storage for CVs.
- — Resend: sends the notification email that reaches our team when a form is submitted.
- — Google Analytics 4: aggregate website usage measurement on our live domain.
- — Our group lead-management system: receives business, press and general enquiries only.
Some of these providers operate outside Israel, so your data may be transferred abroad and processed under contractual terms that require it to be protected.
Job applications and CVs are never sent to the group lead-management system. They are seen only by our hiring team, plus the hosting, storage and email providers listed above.
There is no captcha service, no embedded map and no embedded video on this site.
5. How long we keep it
- — Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then up to 24 months.
- — Job applications and CVs: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
- — Technical logs: up to 12 months.
6. Cookies
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| lh_vid | First-party visitor identifier, used to recognise repeat enquiries from the same browser. | 1 year |
| _ga | Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors for aggregate usage statistics (live domain only). | 2 years |
| _ga_G-32SG8KY3DK | Google Analytics: keeps session state for aggregate usage statistics (live domain only). | 2 years |
We do not currently show a cookie banner. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to a particular use of it. Email office@netoplay.ltd and we will respond within the period required by law. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (the supervisory authority under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981).
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and data is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled database, CVs sit in a private storage bucket that is not publicly readable, and access is restricted to the staff who need it to answer your enquiry or assess your application.
9. Children
This site is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date below. Last updated: 2 September 2026.
