What we actually do

Boring infrastructure for a loud industry

An operator launches a casino brand. Behind it sits a wallet that must never lose a shekel, a bonus engine that has to be provably fair, integrations with dozens of game studios, payment rails in currencies that behave differently, and a compliance trail a regulator can audit.

That is the software we write. It is unglamorous, it is high-stakes, and a 200 millisecond regression turns into a support queue by lunchtime.

Three things worth knowing

The industry is regulated, so the work is real

Thirteen markets means thirteen sets of obligations that shape what gets built. You will spend less time on taste arguments and more on constraints that are written down and enforced.

Small enough that your name is on things

Teams here are four to seven people. There is no layer of process between you and the thing you shipped, and no way to hide behind one either.

We answer every application

Within five working days, either way, from a person who read it. If we miss that, chase us — that is the deal, and we mean it to be checkable.

Life here

We are not a family and that is fine

We are a company. We pay people, we expect good work, and we try hard to make the eight hours worth the commute. What is actually true: the food is excellent, the ATV day genuinely happened, and nobody has to pretend to enjoy a trust exercise.
